1st Gastronomic Week – Lezírias Ribatejanas Carolino Rice Festival Inside Doors
April 5th to 13th in the Restaurants Adhering to the Carolino Rice Appreciation Project
The Arroz Carolino Dentro Portas Festival, part of the Lezírias Ribatejanas Arroz Carolino Valorization Project, presents the 1st Gastronomic Week.
From April 5 to 13, Arroz Carolino das Lezírias Ribatejanas is the star of the menu!
At the 11 participating restaurants, you can find dishes such as Oxtail Carolino, Cabidela Chicken Carolino, Octopus Carolino, Sausage Carolino, Mushroom Carolinotto, among others, on the menu, as well as the traditional Sweet Carolino.
The Mobile Tourist Office will be at the restaurants, promoting the municipality’s tourist offerings, on the following days:
