For a week, the participating restaurants in the municipality of Benavente served delicacies made with the wonderful carolino.

Many visitors came to taste unique dishes made with Carolino rice: Oxtail Carolino, Cabidela Chicken, Octopus, Sausages, Mushrooms, the irresistible Sweet Carolino… and much more!
The mobile Tourist Office was at the restaurants to publicize the Festival and other tourist attractions in the Benavente municipality – a fantastic job!
